Green beans, anyone? Last chance. Our stockpile of canned goods is dwindling dangerously close to normal amounts as we approach the end of the first year of the new millenium. And while the predicted chaos thankfully never happened, this year still has been an eventful one. My wife, Michelle, and I welcomed a new daughter on Jan.21. Hansen Lindsey, with her beautiful blue eyes and winning smile, now is crawling a pulling herself up and getting taller by the day. Big brother Keaton adores her even though her curve ball still needs a lot of work. Our photo assistant, Chris Boyle, and his wife, Melissa, are expecting their first child at the beginning on November. We've already filled them in on the 2 a.m. TV lineup.

This year also has brought new excitement to our business. We have met many new clients and reacquainted with some old ones, too. Architects, developers, contractors, interior designers and many other building-related businesses and publications turn to us to capture their best projects in a winning light. Their work is showcased here, with ours.

Our online newsletter is for you - to highlight the exceptional work of our clients and to introduce ourselves to you. Please take the time to browse through the images and return often as we update them. Don't forget to also check out our online portfolio. Enjoy the exquisite designs from our incredibly talented clients. And see what we can do for you, too.

UPCOMING!
Before the end of the year we look forward to photographing three new residences by Bob Bacon (architectural designer). We have scouted the homes and are waiting for a few last minute details before we may proceed. We are also working on production of images for Dick Bailey Design, a local golf course architect and a few of his projects in the valley.

BRAD MEE
We recently met up with Brad Mee a long time friend from the old Barrows Furniture Store. We photographed a residence he shares in Phoenix Country Club for Phoenix Home & Garden. Brad has since requested our help in illustrating a new coffee table book he is working on that focuses on design details.

DALE GARDON DESIGN
Dale Gardon formerly of VSA honored us by inviting us to photograph his own residence in DC Ranch. The photographs will be used for Dale’s portfolio, design competitions and submission to a variety of design publications.

DC RANCH
Our long term relationship with the wonderful staff at DMB and DC Ranch has flourished over the past 5 years. From the time before there was even a road that led into the project to today we have covered the community and many of its contractors. Recently we learned one of our last original contacts is leaving to head up a new DMB project in Utah. Colleen Gillis who worked in the golf course and custom homes office will be taking her expertise to Utah and the beauty of Park City. We wish her well and hope to see her when she invites us up to Utah to photograph their project there.

EUROPEAN DESIGN
We have worked with Allen Rosenthal of European Design, a custom cabinet and furniture company for the past 4 years. Allen uses his images to promote his work in advertising and many publications across the country.

RONDO POOLS
One of the top 5 pool builders in the Valley for many years has asked us to photograph a few of their projects for the upcoming International pool and spa design competition. We wish them luck and hope to see them on the winners stand.

URBAN DESIGN ASSOCIATES
The design team at Urban Design Associates asked us to photograph a couple of their most recent completed projects. The Slater Residence featured in the March 2000 issue of Phoenix Home & Garden. Interiors of the Slater Res. were by Bess Jones Interiors and the home was built by Saddletree Builders. Paula den Boer of Paula Interior Design and Shiloh Custom Homes have teamed up with UDA to produce one of the most exclusive homes we have had the pleasure of photographing. Each team will use the images for brochures, advertising and contest entries.

PHOENIX HOME & GARDEN MAGAZINE
A recent assignment for PHG found us at the Maric Residence in Lost Canyon. This residence included the work of a couple of our clients including David Michael Miller and Stockett Granite and Tile. Look for this home featured in the October issue of PHG. Also look for the upcoming “Dream Homes” special publication from PHG featuring much of our work.
